Abstract

Abstract  –  The purpose of study to analyze the effect of leadership and compensation on job performance The study population was 100 employees of Swiss-belinn Hotel Medan. The data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probabilty sampling. The data analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test, and the hypothesis.The results showed that there was an influence of leadership and compensation on job performance of employees of Swiss-belinn Hotel Medan.Key Word: leadership,compensation and job performance

Abstract

Multi-dimensional crisis in Indonesia, among others, one of which is caused by procedures of governance that is not properly managed and regulated. Consequently arise various problems such as corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN). Good governance (good governance) is a conception of clean governance, democratic, effective and appropriate contribution, empowerment, and the balance between the three pillars (government, private businesses ,and communities). Governmental organizations should be able to compete with private businesses in managing their resources, so that the necessary preparedness of government agencies to implement good governance such as accountability and transparency. The research method used in this journal analyze the effect of transparency and accountability for that is part of the principles of good governance, research analysis techniques include test validity is a stage where the gauges can measure what should be measured, so that a study using the questionnaire as its validity needs to be tested empirically. Reliability test is performed to measure the consistency of constructs or variables. A questionnaire said reliable or reliable if a person answers to the statement are consistent or stable over time. Normality test data is performed to determine whether the data were normally distributed or not. And regression test to see the relationship of the independent variables and the dependent variable significantly. Statistical analyzes were performed showing the discovery: the correlations table looks great with the accountability relationships between variables were calculated with the transparency of the correlation coefficient is 0.073,  Theoretically,  the variable transparency has no effect on accountability.

Abstract

Deputy Assistant of Human Resources Development Apparatus of the Ministry of Tourism Jakarta is a government agency engaged in the development of personnel of the apparatus. Employees are very important resources to determine the success of a work unit. Efforts to improve the quality of performance of a civil servant is the selection of the best employees. The best employee selection is an award given for work performance, behavior and service. Decision Support System (SPK) that can help make it easier to determine an employee can be said to be worthy of being awarded as the best employee. In this study the decision-making calculation method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with 6 criteria, namely service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, leadership. The ranking process is carried out through several stages starting with the grading of criteria, weighting, matching ranking, normalization, and ranking so as to produce the value of each criterion which is stated to have met the best employee selection criteria at the Deputy Assistant of HR Development of the Ministry of Tourism in Jakarta.

Abstract

CV Ginnozu Cipta Komunikasi is a manufacturing company engaged in the furniture or interio industry. Raw Material Inventory Management System is one of the most important managerial functions in operations in CV Ginnozu Cipta Communication Besides being an investment that requires a very large capital, Inventory Management System can affect customer service and production functions, marketing functions and financial functions in CV Ginnozu Cipta Communications Inventories of raw materials aim to expedite production activities. CV Ginnozu Cipta Komunikasi does not have a computerized system that can support the needs of raw material management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company, especially in the warehouse. This research was conducted using the waterfall model through the stages of software requirements analysis, design, code generation and testing. This research was conducted with the aim of being able to provide information about the master of goods, transactions and reports based on a certain period in order to facilitate decision making related to raw material inventory management activities.

Abstract

PT. JM Therapy Jakarta Barat adalah salah satu perusahaan penjualan alat-alat terapi yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan kesejahteraan hidup. Saat ini proses bisnis yang terjadi pada perusahaan tersebut masih menggunakan sistem yang manual seperti pada proses transaksi pemesanannya yang dimana pembeli harus datang langsung mengantri dan dokumen penjualan yang masih berupa kertas nota dan surat jalan. Sarana promosi yang ada sekarang masih belum maksimal dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada perusahaan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, penulis merancang sebuah sistem pemasaran yang dimana sistem ini menerapkan model waterfall dalam pembangunannya, dan dibangun dengan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan MySQL. Sistem pemasaran ini diharapkan mampu memperkenalkan informasi produk alat terapi dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan.

Abstract

Human resource management is very important for companies in managing, managing and utilizing employees so that they can function productively for the achievement of company goals. Efforts to improve employee performance, including paying attention to work stress. Stress is also very influential impact on the company because it involves the performance of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the company organization. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance in the Mechanical Engineering section of PT Tunas Mobilindo Parama. Data analysis uses Validation test, Reabilitation test, correlation coefficient test, determination test and regression equation test. This study used a saturated sample of 30 respondents from the Mechanical Engineering section at PT Tunas Mobilindo Parama. The research method in this study uses multiple linear regression method with the data processed is work stress (X) on employee performance (Y). While for the calculation of the correlation coefficient test shows that the influence of work stress has a strong or high effect on employee performance that is equal to 0.855 and for the calculation of the test of determination gets 74.2% results, which means that work stress (X) has a big effect or has a strong relationship on employee performance ( Y) with the remaining other factors equal to 25.8%. Key Words: Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPromosi adalah merupakan media komunikasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat. Bentuk promosi antara lain iklan di media cetak maupun digital, sponsorship dalam suatu acara, pemberian hadiah maupun diskon dan masih banyak lagi. Tidak ada batasan pasti untuk besaran biaya promosi dan juga tidak ada ukuran pasti untuk menilai keberhasilan promosi. Demikian pula tidak ada standart besarnya biaya promosi yang bisa dijadikan perbandingan saat menentukan besarnya biaya promosi yang harus dikeluarkan. Penulis berusaha mengukur keberhasilan promosi dengan mencari pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Bank Permata melakukan promosi dengan tujuan dapat mengajak masyarakat untuk menyimpan dananya pada Bank Permata, yang selanjutnya dana tersebut dapat disalurkan kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pinjaman. Karena menghimpun dana dari masyarakat atau lebih dikenal dengan Dana Pihak Ketiga membuat Bank Permata harus membayar Biaya Dana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Biaya Promosi berpengaruh signifikan negatif, sementara Biaya Dana berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Dana Pihak Ketiga. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan bulanan Bank Permata yang dipublikasikan melalui halaman web resmi perusahaan. Metode analisa yang dipergunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda.Kata kunci: Biaya Promosi, Biaya Dana, Dana Pihak Ketiga, Bank Permata

Abstract

Abstract-The progress of a nation can be measured by today's large - size electric energy consumption per capita of concerned citizens . For the citizens of our country Indonesia , electricity is still a luxury item including commodities , proved still the majority of the people / citizens we have not been able to reach them . PLN give service as State power is not maximized . One of the breakthroughs that made PLN is electrical energy sales system Pre-paid and Post-paid , with hope for the people can choose one among the offered payment systems , to be able to choose where to do austerity . Satisfaction and customer loyalty is the most important factor in business competition . The three variables that will be used in this study is the quality system , quality of information , and quality systems . These factors might impact on satisfaction and customer loyalty . The proposed hypothesis is useful to examine the relationship three variables that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty . The method used is a sample of questionnaires with 200 residential electricity customers in Cikarang baru.Analisa data is performed with the approach of the Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) with AMOS 8.0 program . SEM analysis of the results shows that the model does not fit . Therefore modification of the model to test the hypothesis . Based on the results of data analysis has been conducted quality system found no significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty . While the other two variables , namely the quality of information and quality of services significantly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty . customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has no effect onelectricity.   . Abstract

Abstract- Pengadilan Agama East Jakarta doing performance appraisal employee who works to find out the deficiencies of the officers in carrying out the task given, employee performance appraisal program serves to provide an opportunity for employees in works like getting a promotion Office. Researchers using the sample as much as 73 respondents with sampling techniques, namely the determination of saturated samples when all members of the population made a sample, this is done when the population was relatively small and the collection of data using methods of dissemination questionnaires and were tested with the method of data analysis. Based on the results of research on the Religious Court in East Jakarta the author concludes that the existence of a strong relationship, which can be seen from the results of the test of the correlation coefficient of calculation results and koefesien 0.663 determination showed 0.440 the influence of employee performance assessment against the Promotion Office of 44.0% and the rest of 56.0% are influenced by other factors as well as the results of statistical tests (regression Results calculate r is Y = 13.319 + 0, 714X show if performance assessment or X = 0, then the Promotion Office of 13.319 and if X goes up 1 point then the increase in performance assessment occurs 1% then it will raise the Promotion Office of 0.714%.Keywords: The Assessment , Promotion Office

Abstract

Abstract  –  In many organization,  work satisfaction of employees is one of the things that began to be considered in addition to employee performance. Although not all organizations agree but many research has been conducted and now we beginning to have a lot of experts who agree that there is a link between performance improvement and high employee satisfaction rate. Therefore, same organization need to consider how to improve employee work satisfaction. In an organization that engaged in the service, the satisfaction of employees can not be underestimated because employees who are not satisfied with the work and or organization will look bad in the delivery of services to customers or their stake holder, It is very unfortunate because in many place the service is given then the service should look very well. So this job satisfaction becomes more important in the organization especially in Suku Dinas Penangulangan Kebakaran Dan Penyelamatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, An organization that not only gives service but give service of a rescue of wealth and soul of a citizen. If the employees are not satisfied with the work and or with organization, then the rescue service will be not maximal. This is important because all employees or members of the fire department are required to work perfectly  in every asigment because they always faced with danger. Therefore, this article wants to discuss how the occupational safety and health that employees get is in accordance with what they expect in the daily life of their duties and how they are motivated in the work and whether these two things affect job satisfaction.  Key Word: occupational safety and health, Work Motivation dan Job Satisfaction
